BALLOT CLIPS

To insure that members review the nominations prior to voting, all nominees shall be required to provide judging material for the online Annie Award ballot.

For all production categories, excluding the Short Subject and Television Commercial categories, an 8 Bit, uncompressed Quick Time movie, on a DVD, NTSC format, selected from the footage that was submitted for nomination consideration, not exceeding one minute in length from the nominated production, will be needed.

Productions nominated in the Short Subject and Television Commercial categories, an 8 Bit, uncompressed Quick Time movie, on a DVD, NTSC format, of the entire production will be needed for the online Annie Award ballot.

Balloting material will not be needed for the individual achievement categories, since the Final Selection Committees will review the entry material provided by the nominee, in order to determine the award recipients in these categories.

The deadline to receive balloting material is December 8, 2009. In the event that a Nominee does not provide the required material for the Annie Award ballot by this deadline, or if material provided does not follow the mechanical specifications as requested, ASIFA-Hollywood shall generate the necessary item from nominee"s nomination entry material.
